Our medical system is frustrating. You wait weeks, sometimes months, for an appointment, only to get to talk to a healthcare provider for less than 10 minutes. You may leave with an idea of what’s wrong, but you have no idea WHY it happened in the first place. This is why our first step, before we do anything, is to find the real cause of your issues.
STEP 2:
Address Your Problem Areas
Once we’ve talked about your problem and found the underlying cause of your problem, we’ll create the best treatment plan to eradicate it. This treatment plan will be tailored specifically to you and your goals, and will get you back in the gym and golfing. As a result, you will get stronger, become pain-free, and get back on track to reach your goals more effectively and efficiently.
STEP 3:
Reach Peak Health and Performance
Once we get you back to life and exercising pain-free, we’ll implement strategies to get you performing at an even higher level than you were prior to your injury. We’ll also implement strategies to “bulletproof” your body to decrease the likelihood of future issues occurring.
